Alicia Lecourieux
Alicia Lecourieux has been a valued member of Hand Over Hand since 2021 and currently serves as Regional Director, overseeing three centers. She earned her master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and has practiced as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018. Throughout her career, Alicia has provided in-home ABA services and behavioral consultation within public school settings, bringing a well-rounded and collaborative approach to client care. Since joining Hand Over Hand, she has worked across four centers, beginning as a Clinical Supervisor before advancing into regional leadership. Alicia is passionate about supporting both families and clinical teams while fostering high-quality, compassionate care across all centers she oversees.

Our clinical team spends dedicated time with your child conducting an in-person assessment, while also meeting with your family to understand your goals and priorities. From there, we develop individualized goals and a personalized treatment plan built specifically around your child.
Once the treatment plan is complete, we submit everything to your insurance provider for authorization, handling the process on your behalf so there are no unnecessary delays before therapy begins.
With all the pieces in place, it is time for the most exciting step. Your child begins therapy and your family becomes part of the Hand Over Hand community.
