Sonam Dubal

Sonam is the Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations at Hand Over Hand and has been a valued member of the organization since 2016. Throughout her years with the company, she has grown w by serving in several leadership and clinical roles, including Home Program BCBA, Director of Home Program and Data Analysis, and now overseeing three of Hand Over Hand’s centers. Sonam became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014 after earning her master’s degree from Rowan University. With extensive experience in clinical operations and program leadership, she is passionate about supporting high-quality care and helping both clients and staff thrive.

Once the treatment plan is complete, we submit everything to your insurance provider for authorization, handling the process on your behalf so there are no unnecessary delays before therapy begins.
