Staff Member Review Hand Over Hand

Working for Hand Over Hand has been nothing short of a positive experience all across the board. From my initial interview, then getting into the center as a behavior technician, and now taking my career to a different level, I’ve felt supported by my co-workers and supervisors. HOH is one of the few companies out there that truly cares and contributes to both the success and growth of their staff and clients. At HOH we maintain working environments that are positive, professional and productive which makes for the ideal team experience. It’s incredibly rewarding to be able to go into the center everyday doing what I love with a team that shares the same passion.

Quality Intervention is the Key to Success

Nicole Bednarski and Susan Marcovsky first became acquainted in a public school-based setting—which evolved into Nicole working with Susan and her family in both the home and community. Through this collaboration, they recognized the value of a therapeutic agency, which integrates both parental and professional viewpoints.

Hand Over Hand believes that quality intervention is the key to success and meaningful growth for the children with whom we service. Our unique program offers a full array of both home and center-based services including fully supported inclusion within a traditional preschool class, as well as self-contained classrooms.

Hand Over Hand was founded with the idea that these perspectives go “hand in hand”. Our advantage is this combination of 360-degree vision, top-quality services, and multi-faceted perspective.
